BabyCalm Antenatal Workshop

This workshop is suitable for couples; preferably from 30 weeks

Dads are actively encouraged to attend this workshop, as it focuses on the importance of fathers and roles that dad may play to support mother and bond with their baby.

You will learn how to be a confident mum or dad able to welcome your new baby into a world where they are calmer and more settled and be armed with techniques to make your baby’s transition from womb to world as smooth and comfortable as possible, help avoid colic and aid sleep for the whole family. Helping you to understand your baby before their even born!

BabyCalm Colic and Crying Workshop

This workshop is most suited to parents of babies from birth up to 12 weeks.

Dates are not set for this workshop but arranged on request and although the workshop can be presented in a group setting it is better presented on a 1:2:1 basis and in the comfort of your own home.

This workshop is intended as a “one off” class to help new parents whose babies are suffering from prolonged crying and/or colic and fretful sleep. I can help you understand why your baby is so unsettled and demonstrate techniques to help your baby settle, calm colic and sleep better; giving you the tools to have a calm and happy baby as well as the confidence in your own instincts and abilities.
